You can add balance in your life by creating opposites: Spend time alone and also with people; volunteer your time and get paid for your work; do something physical such as exercise and then enjoy some quiet time doing nothing; talk and then listen.
Take action! Let other trusted friends and family know what you are trying to change in relation to creating a more balanced lifestyle. Ask others for their comments about how they create more balance in their life.
