     These sessions are similar to workshops, but either longer or shorter 
     in time.  When there is enough time,  seminars allow participants to 
     explore issues at a deeper level, and encourage both participation and 
     discussion.  

     Brown bag seminars over lunch as well as parenting seminars for 
     evening meetings are popular for brief learning opportunities.
     
     A list of topics is available and can be customized to meet the needs 
     of your participants.

      The informal setting of
